Susannah Hillhouse | Susanna has been working in the museum sector since 1996 and gained curatorial experience at the University of St. Andrews and the National Museums of Scotland before joining the Scottish Museums Council (SMC). At SMC she managed and assessed the Registration and Accreditation schemes in Scotland for over 7 years, including providing advice and training direct to museums and to a network of curatorial advisers. Susanna now works as a freelance museum consultant specialising in collections management and Accreditation-related projects, as well as working in a part-time capacity as Collections Trust Collections Management Adviser for Scotland and delivering Collections Trust documentation training.
