Heather McGuicken | Heather McGuicken is the Development Officer for the Northern Ireland Museums Council. She is responsible for delivering the Council's training programme and providing advice and information. She has managed and assessed both the Registration and Accreditation Schemes for Northern Ireland for the past eight years.
