Brief Description

PastPerfect is an affordable and comprehensive collections and contact management software that automates the accession, cataloguing, loan and exhibit artifact tracking processes. It has over 200 built-in customisable reports and an easy-to-use report generator. Research enables quick data access by queries of multiple fields, people, key words, titles, etc. PastPerfect tracks donors, members, volunteers, fund-raising campaigns, pledges, and in-kind donations. Letters, e-mails, and labels are generated for mailings from PastPerfect. With the Multimedia module, users can attach audio, video, PDF, Word, Excel, HTML, large image files as well as up to 999 discovery images for each collections record.

Plus, with PastPerfect-Online, users can create a searchable online database from PastPerfect records.
