£18,710 to £21,681 per annum
The Sainsbury Centre for Visual Arts is the museum and gallery of the University of East Anglia. Designed by Foster and Partners the Centre houses one of the greatest art collections of the 20th Century and was given to the University by Sir Robert and Lady Sainsbury. The Centre is also known for the quality and range of its temporary exhibitions, education work and events programme.
This is a full time post to assist with all aspects of collections and exhibitions care including documentation, maintaining the SCVA's art stores, monitoring the movement of works and art handling along with the management of loans to and from the Centre.
We are looking for an effective team member with solid museum experience. You will have collections management and documentation skills, including the use of collections management software, and hands-on experience of collections care.
