The Collections Trust supplies a full range of documentation forms, cards and registers that can help you meet the requirements of the Museum Accreditation Scheme.

The Collections Trust recognises that documentation is a long-term commitment, and provides on-going advice and training to support its systems.

Accession Registers

Used for a permanent record of accessions. They have 147 numbered double pages with pre-printed column headings. Printed on archival quality paper, they are strongly bound in dark brown board, with the front cover and spine lettered to your specification. Please give details of your overprinting requirements when ordering.

Object Entry Forms

A4 mulit-part carbonless combined Entry and Transfer of Title form. User friendly, with clear layout and guidelines, making it easy for a donor to understand why signing over ownership is important. This form was designed specifically for small and/or voluntary museums, especially those seeking Museum Accreditation.

Exit Forms

Multi-part carbonless A4 forms for controlling your collection's loans.

Transfer of Title Forms

Multi-part carbonless A4 forms for formalising the transfer of ownership to your museum of gifts and bequests.

Object Entry Forms, Exit Forms and Transfer of Title forms can be overprinted with your museum address and a unique running numbering sequence. Please give details of your overprinting requirements when ordering.

Object Movement Tickets

Designed to help you record objects as they move within your museum. Three-part where:

• White top copy is left in place of the object
• Yellow middle copy is stored in a temporary locations file
• Bottom copy (card) is tied to the object itself

Simple Catalogue Card

A simple card to help catalogue general museum collections.

Price:
