The Collections Trust is committed to a continuous programme of review to ensure that this policy remains effective.

Employees must ensure the following:

- In the event that an employee considers he/she has been unfairly discriminated that employee should refer to the the Collections Trust's Grievance Procedure.
- Any employee or director who has been determined to have committed an act of unlawful discrimination shall be subject to disciplinary action according to the Collections Trust's Disciplinary Rules and Procedures.
